BitMine Posts $328M Profit, Unveils MAVAN Staking and Dividend

BitMine Immersion posted $328M FY25 profit, declared a $0.01 annual dividend, and will launch its MAVAN Ethereum staking network in early 2026, aiming to boost US-based staking and expand its ETH holdings.

BitMine Immersion reported a fiscal year 2025 net income of $328 million and a fully diluted GAAP EPS of $13.39 per share. The company declared an annual dividend of $0.01 per BMNR share, becoming the first large-cap crypto firm to do so, with the payout scheduled for December 29. BitMine holds over 3.5 million ETH, valued at nearly $10 billion, and has been increasing its position during recent market volatility. The company’s stock, trading at around $26.49, has seen significant fluctuations but remains up 258% year-to-date. BitMine announced the launch of the Made-in-America Validator Network (MAVAN), a dedicated Ethereum staking infrastructure set to debut in early 2026, aiming to enhance security, reliability, and compliance with US regulations. The MAVAN network will provide geographic diversity to Ethereum’s validator set and is expected to set new standards for staking service quality. BitMine’s annual shareholder meeting is scheduled for January 15, 2026, in Las Vegas. The company is backed by prominent institutional investors and continues to focus on expanding its Ethereum holdings and staking operations.
