Binance Alpha launches tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs

Binance Alpha now offers Ondo Finance tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs, letting global users outside the U.S. trade major equities as blockchain tokens with low fees and easy access.

Binance has relaunched tokenized stock trading through a partnership with Ondo Finance, making tokenized versions of major U.S. stocks and ETFs available to users outside the United States via the Binance Alpha platform. The initial lineup features ten tokenized assets, including Apple, Google, Tesla, Nvidia, Amazon, and the Nasdaq-100 ETF, all backed by the underlying securities. This integration enables users to access economic exposure to these assets through blockchain-based tokens. Trading is streamlined, as users can transact directly from their centralized exchange balances without needing external wallets. For a limited time, Binance offers zero percent trading fees and no gas fees, making transactions cost-effective. This move marks Binance’s return to tokenized equities after a previous discontinuation and highlights a broader push into real-world asset tokenization. Ondo Finance has surpassed $550 million in total value locked and $11 billion in trading volume, establishing itself as a leader in tokenized securities. The service is not available to U.S. users and operates under regulatory frameworks outside the U.S.
