Superstate raises $82.5M to expand blockchain tokenized assets

Superstate raised $82.5M in Series B to expand regulated blockchain-based tokenization of assets, scaling equity issuance and trading on Ethereum and Solana. The firm now manages over $1.2B in tokenized products.

Superstate has secured $82.5 million in a Series B funding round led by Bain Capital Crypto and Distributed Global, with participation from Haun Ventures, Brevan Howard Digital, Galaxy Digital, Bullish, ParaFi, and others. The company specializes in tokenizing real-world assets and capital markets, now managing over $1.2 billion in tokenized products, including funds and equities. The new capital will be used to expand Superstate's regulated infrastructure for issuing and trading shares on blockchain networks such as Ethereum and Solana. The company aims to move beyond tokenized treasury bonds to SEC-registered equities. Superstate is also enhancing its Opening Bell platform to support more issuers and distribution channels, and advancing its transfer agent tools for compliant issuance, settlement, and shareholder updates. This round brings Superstate's total disclosed financing to over $100 million, underscoring the growing momentum of tokenized assets and the convergence of traditional finance with blockchain technology.
