BitGo, a leading digital asset custody and infrastructure provider, has launched one of the first major crypto IPOs of 2026 by listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker BTGO. The IPO was priced at $18 per share, surpassing the previously marketed range of $15 to $17, and raised approximately $213 million through the sale of 11.8 million shares. This values BitGo at around $2.1 billion. The offering includes both primary shares issued by BitGo and secondary shares sold by existing shareholders, with underwriters granted the option to purchase additional shares. BitGo’s public debut is seen as a significant milestone for the digital asset industry, reflecting renewed institutional interest in crypto infrastructure. Founded in 2013, BitGo serves over 4,900 clients and 1.1 million users across more than 100 countries, supporting more than 1,550 digital assets. The listing comes amid ongoing regulatory discussions and recent market volatility, positioning BitGo as a key player in the evolving crypto sector.
