EthSystems launches to advance institutional privacy
EthSystems launches with strong backing to deliver privacy and compliance tech for Ethereum, enabling secure, regulatory-compliant transactions for institutions.
EthSystems, an engineering and research company founded by members of the Ethereum Foundation’s Institutional Privacy Task Force, has officially launched with backing from Bitmine, Sharplink, Joe Lubin, and other notable supporters. The company’s mission is to create privacy and compliance solutions for Ethereum, enabling banks, asset managers, and other regulated entities to conduct large-scale financial transactions while safeguarding sensitive data such as trade details and client identities. After a year of open-source contributions and direct collaboration with central banks, regulators, and major financial institutions, EthSystems is now operating independently. This launch comes amid a broader restructuring within the Ethereum ecosystem, as new organizations emerge to address growing institutional needs. EthSystems is committed to translating institutional requirements into practical systems and architectures. The company aims to deliver privacy tools that meet regulatory standards and integrate seamlessly with existing financial infrastructure, supporting Ethereum adoption for stablecoins, tokenized assets, and settlements.
