Boerse Stuttgart, Societe Generale & flatexDEGIRO launch EU blockchain settlement

Boerse Stuttgart, Societe Generale, SG-Forge, and flatexDEGIRO join forces to launch a pan-European blockchain settlement system for tokenized securities, using stablecoins and connecting millions of investors.

Boerse Stuttgart Group, through its Seturion platform, has formed a strategic alliance with Societe Generale, SG-Forge, and flatexDEGIRO to accelerate the development of a pan-European blockchain-based securities settlement system. This partnership aims to unify Europe’s fragmented settlement infrastructure by enabling the issuance and trading of tokenized structured securities, such as turbo warrants and investment certificates, on Seturion. SG-Forge will facilitate settlements using its MiCA-compliant CoinVertible stablecoins, EURCV and USDCV, supporting both euro and dollar transactions. FlatexDEGIRO will connect its 3.5 million retail investors across 16 countries to the platform, expanding access to tokenized financial products. The initiative also plans to integrate with major European trading venues, including Nasdaq, to enable regulated trading and settlement of digital assets. This collaboration seeks to enhance efficiency, compliance, and accessibility in European capital markets through blockchain technology.
