Binance Wallet enables USDT gas fee payments on four networks
7 Adoption Binance Wallet now lets users pay gas fees with USDT on BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, Solana, and TRON. TRON users benefit from zero gas fees until December 22, 2026.
Binance Wallet has introduced a major update, allowing users to pay blockchain gas fees with USDT on BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, Solana, and TRON starting September 25. This new feature removes the need to hold each network’s native gas token, streamlining transactions and reducing friction for users. Network fees are still sent directly to blockchain validators, not Binance. Additionally, users can use their Binance Exchange balances with supported assets to cover gas fees, offering more flexibility. A special TRON promotion provides zero gas fees for USDT and TRC-20 transfers until December 22, 2026. After that, a discounted 1 USDT fee per transaction will apply. Binance also plans to expand this feature to additional networks, further enhancing user experience and accessibility.
