Cardano and SENAI São Paulo launch blockchain initiative

Cardano Foundation and SENAI São Paulo formed a multi-year partnership to boost blockchain education and adoption in Brazil’s industry, starting with hands-on training and plans for certifications and pilot projects.

The Cardano Foundation has entered a multi-year strategic partnership with SENAI São Paulo, one of Brazil’s largest industrial education and technology networks. This collaboration aims to advance blockchain education, research, and adoption within Brazil’s industrial sector. The initiative began with a two-week technical immersion program, where Cardano specialists delivered hands-on training to 130 SENAI educators and research professionals. The training covered blockchain architecture, smart contracts, metadata standards, and industrial use cases. Looking ahead, the partnership will introduce certification programs for educators and students, executive training, industrial traceability pilots, and the development of Digital Product Passports for manufacturing. By combining Cardano’s blockchain expertise with SENAI’s educational infrastructure, the alliance seeks to build a skilled workforce and drive blockchain adoption across Brazil’s manufacturing landscape.
