Paysafe launches crypto payments for U.S. iGaming

Paysafe launches Pay with Crypto in the U.S., letting iGaming and fantasy sports players deposit with stablecoins or crypto, instantly converted to U.S. dollars. Operators can settle in crypto or fiat.

Paysafe (NYSE: PSFE) has introduced Pay with Crypto, a new payment method for iGaming operators and daily fantasy sports brands in the U.S. market. This solution, powered by MoonPay, enables players to deposit funds using stablecoins or cryptocurrencies where permitted by law. Deposits made via Pay with Crypto are automatically converted into U.S. dollars, allowing seamless gameplay. The service supports USD Coin (USDC), other stablecoins, and major cryptocurrencies. Players can connect their crypto or custodial wallets to make deposits, with MoonPay Commerce Checkouts technology also enabling QR code transactions. Once verified, crypto deposits are instantly converted to U.S. dollars to fund player accounts. Operators have the flexibility to settle payments in stablecoins directly to their crypto wallets or in U.S. dollars and other fiat currencies through Virtual Accounts. The solution integrates with Paysafe Gateway, which already supports card payments.
