KuCoin Pay and Pix Unite: Instant Crypto Payments for Brazilians

KuCoin Pay has integrated with Brazil’s Pix instant payment system, enabling users to convert and spend over 50 cryptocurrencies at any merchant accepting Pix QR codes. This move connects digital assets with everyday utility for Brazil’s approximately 26 million crypto users, about 12% of the population. The integration allows instant crypto-to-BRL conversions, letting users transfer funds from KuCoin accounts to Brazilian banks or pay merchants directly via Pix. The KuCoin app now offers unified wallet management for both crypto and fiat, supported by secure, regulatory-compliant infrastructure aligned with Brazil’s KYC standards. Pix, with over 175 million users, is central to Brazil’s digital payments landscape, and this partnership aims to enhance financial inclusion and make crypto payments as simple as scanning a QR code.
