PayPay and Binance Japan Unite: Seamless Crypto Trading for All

PayPay has integrated with Binance Japan, allowing users to buy and sell cryptocurrencies using PayPay Money and Points, with 24/7 access, low fees, and seamless transactions, marking a major step in Japan’s crypto adoption.

PayPay has integrated with Binance Japan, enabling users to buy and sell cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, directly using PayPay Money and PayPay Points. The service operates 24/7, with a minimum transaction of 1,000 yen and no deposit fees, though withdrawals incur a 110 yen fee. PayPay’s transaction limits are set at 1 million yen per day and 2 million yen every 30 days. The integration is limited to spot trading and requires users to update their Binance app and complete identity verification for both platforms. This move aims to make cryptocurrency more accessible and affordable for Japanese users, leveraging PayPay’s established digital payment infrastructure. The launch follows PayPay’s acquisition of a 40% stake in Binance Japan and comes ahead of a possible US IPO, signaling deeper involvement in the crypto market and growing institutional acceptance of digital assets in Japan.
