The protocol allows users to take out loans without paying interest, using Ether as collateral. The loans are disbursed in LUSD, and borrowers must maintain a minimum collateral ratio of 110%.

How it works
When a user wants to borrow LUSD, they deposit Ether into the Liquity Protocol as collateral. The protocol then issues LUSD to the borrower, who must maintain a collateral ratio of at least 110%. If the collateral value falls below this threshold, the system liquidates the collateral to repay the loan. The Stability Pool and fellow borrowers provide additional security, ensuring the system remains solvent even in volatile market conditions.
