    You can order a wallet on the official tangem.com website with delivery to any country (except Afghanistan, Burundi, Central African Republic, Congo-Brazzaville, Congo-Kinshasa, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Russia and Belarus).

  • Is Tangem Wallet delivered to my country?

    A special note for customers from Taiwan, Turkey, China, South Korea, Brazil, Chile, Indonesia and Saudi Arabia: to ensure that we can successfully deliver Tangem Wallet to you, please submit your tax ID at the checkout so that our logistics team can complete your order as quickly as possible.

  • Is there a minimum order value?

    No, you can place any order you want and it will be delivered.

  • How secure is buying a wallet from marketplaces?

    Tangem cards cannot be physically modified, as there is a monolithic chip inside the card. The software in Tangem cards cannot be modified.

    The official app can accurately verify the following:

    — that the card was produced by Tangem;

    — that the card is flashed with Tangem software.

    It would even be totally safe to buy in an underpass, thanks to its end-to-end certification. Most importantly, make sure that:

    1. You have installed the official Tangem app.

    2. The cards prompt you to create a wallet. If they do not, reset the cards to factory settings.

  • Can I buy one Tangem Wallet card?

    Tangem Wallet is sold only in sets of 2 or 3 cards. Additional cards are needed to create a backup. If one of the cards is lost or stolen, the backup cards will help restore access to the wallet, and the access code is used to prevent an attacker from transferring your money.

  • Can I modify the items in my cart after placing my order?

    No, you need to cancel the previous order and place a new one.

  • How do I find my order number?

    When you have successfully placed an order on the website, you will receive an email notification that contains all of the order details such as the order number, item, quantity, etc. The order number can be found in the email.

  • I haven’t received my confirmation email.

    After making a purchase, a confirmation email is sent to your mailbox. If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder.

    Once the order is shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking information.

    If the purchase was successful and you have not received the confirmation email, please contact our Support Team who will help resolve your issue.

  • Is it possible to order Tangem cards with a custom design?
