This model aims to control governance token inflation and reward long-term holders.

The platform incentivizes governance token holders and liquidity providers to pool assets, allowing the platform to acquire governance tokens, convert them into veTokens, boost yields for liquidity providers, and share protocol revenues with governance token holders.

How it works

Magpie XYZ helps veTokenomics protocols by attracting a diverse user base, enabling risk-averse liquidity providers to gain boosted yields without holding veTokens. It increases income for veToken holders by sharing part of the platform's revenue and lowers the voting bar by providing a cost-effective way to acquire voting rights through a sufficient veToken balance. Initially integrated with Wombat Exchange, Magpie XYZ plans to expand to more veTokenomics protocols like PancakeSwap.
