  • Tangem support will never contact you first. If someone reaches out to you claiming to be from Tangem, it is a scam.

What information should I include in a support request?

To help us resolve your issue faster, include: a description of the problem, the steps you took before it occurred, your device model and OS version, and screenshots if applicable.

What should I do if I encounter a scammer pretending to be Tangem?

Do not engage. Report the account on the platform where you encountered it, and notify us at support@tangem.com.

Is there a phone number for support?

No. Tangem support is available by email and via the request form only. Any phone number claiming to be Tangem support is fraudulent.
