A push notification is a short message appearing as a pop-up on your desktop browser, mobile home screen, or device notification center from a mobile app.
Tangem now allows users to enable push notifications in its mobile app.
How push notifications work
Push notifications can be cloud-based or app-based and are built to work with a server that provides them. An API can enable push notifications from cloud services like app and web push services. Once an organization requests a push notification, an API calls this service and sets the message to be delivered.
A push notification arrives on your mobile home screen or lock screen. It can also appear as a notification on your app icon while it is in use.
What to expect from Tangem app's push notifications
Tangem Wallet users will be notified about new features, updates, and promotions in the Tangem app.
Tangem does not send any notifications about your wallet activities, including fund transfers, swap transactions, and changes to your portfolios.
