  • How can I return an item?

    Our policy is valid for 30 days after you have received your parcel. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your product, you should mail it to:

    You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • How can I get a refund?

    If applicable, once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you with regard to the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will automatically be credited within 1–3 business days.

    If applicable, check your bank account again if you haven't received a refund. If you still haven’t received it, contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. The next step is to contact your bank. Processing refunds often takes some time.
