The SCIENTIA Token initially operated as an elastic supply token but stopped rebasing in early 2022 following a community decision. A transaction tax of 9.42% is applied to all transactions, divided into three parts: 3.14% goes to the liquidity pool, 2.09% to science funding, 2.09% to buyback, and 2.09% to development and marketing. The science funding portion is used to support projects or through other funding agencies, while buyback returns value to the community.
