How it works

Since DAI+ can be minted and redeemed against DAI instantly, the protocol can arbitrage its pools using flashloans without needing its own capital, thus maintaining the peg effectively. DAI+ is equivalent to USD+ but is pegged to DAI at a 1:1 ratio. It consists of aDAI (Aave) and USD+ and is designed for boosted pools on platforms like Balancer and Beethoven on the Optimism network. However, it cannot be minted separately.
