Token's Details Page

How do I open a token’s market details page?

In Market, find a cryptocurrency using Search or the list in the Crypto tab, then select it to open its market details page.

What information is available on a token’s details page?

After selecting a cryptocurrency, you can view the following information:

  1. Price and chart
    • Current price and 24-hour change: Cryptocurrency prices update every minute, showing the current price and its change over the past 24 hours. Prices for tokens with a market capitalization of less than 100,000 USD are updated every 15 minutes.
    • Price chart: You can analyze the cryptocurrency's price changes over various periods: 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or the entire history of the cryptocurrency.
    • Price performance: This section helps assess price fluctuations and compare the current value with its peaks and lows over the selected period (24 hours, 1 month, or the cryptocurrency's entire history). After choosing the time frame, the minimum price is displayed on the left and the maximum on the right. A blue line shows the current price, while a gray line represents the highest price over the selected period.
  2. About: A brief overview of the cryptocurrency, including key project details.
  3. Related news: News associated with the selected cryptocurrency, displayed as a horizontal list of cards.
  4. Market metrics and Supply

    • Market capitalization: The total market value of the cryptocurrency, calculated by multiplying the current coin price by the total circulating supply.
    • 24-hour trading volume: The total amount of cryptocurrency sold in the last 24 hours, indicating market activity and liquidity.
    • Market position: The cryptocurrency's rank among all coins by market capitalization.
    • Fully diluted valuation: The theoretical total value of the cryptocurrency if all possible coins were in circulation, including those not yet issued.
    • Circulating supply: The total number of coins available for trading and in circulation.
    • Max supply: The maximum number of coins or tokens that can ever exist for the selected cryptocurrency.

Data for these indicators is sourced from CoinGecko and is updated every minute.

  5. Insights: This section includes the following metrics for the selected period (24 hours, 7 days, 1 month):

    • Experienced buyers: Buyers with at least 100 outgoing transactions.
    • Holders: Changes in the number of token holders during the selected period.
    • Buy Pressure: The difference between the volume of buyers and sellers.
    • Liquidity: Changes in the available liquidity for the token.

Moralis, a Web3 development platform, provides the data in this section, updated every two hours. Insights are available only for cryptocurrencies on EVM-compatible networks.

  6. Listed on: A list of trading platforms where this cryptocurrency can be bought and sold.
  7. Security score: A metric that assesses the security level of a blockchain or token based on various factors and is compiled from Moralis, Certik, and Cyberscope.
  8. Links and Socials: Links to the project's official website, documents, social media, repository, and other related resources.

How do I open a token in my wallet from Market?

If the token is already in your portfolio:

  1. Tap the In your portfolio block at the bottom of its market details page.
  2. Select an account.
  3. The app opens the token’s page in that account, where you can access the available actions.

What data providers are used for token market data?

The token’s details page uses data from several providers:

  • CoinGecko — cryptocurrency prices and market metrics.
  • Moralis — data displayed in the Insights block.
  • Moralis, Certik, and Cyberscope — data used for the Security score.

For more information about CoinGecko’s metrics and methodology, see the CoinGecko FAQ.

Each supported token has a Related news block on its market details page with up to 10 token-specific articles.

  • Read articles — browse the cards horizontally and select an article to read it. Swipe left or right to switch between articles.
  • Track read articles — articles you have already read appear in a muted (greyed-out) style.
  • Share articles — you can share news articles externally. If the recipient does not have Tangem Wallet installed, the article opens in a web version.

What information is shown on a news card?

Each card shows a headline and the following information:

  • Trending Score — a score from 0 to 10 based on the number of publications discussing the topic. Higher scores indicate greater media attention.
  • Time — when the AI-generated summary became available in the app, rather than when the original sources were published.
  • Topic and token tags — the theme of the article and the cryptocurrencies associated with it.

Tangem uses news from NewsData.io to create AI-generated summaries. A summary is generated and displayed only if at least four independent sources report similar information within a 10-hour window.
