  • My credit card payment did not go through, what can I do?

    If you encounter difficulties in completing your payment or your purchase is declined, it's possible that your bank or credit card is the cause of the problem. To resolve this, there are a few actions you can take.

    One potential issue could be the cookies stored in your browser. To address this, you could try:

    - Clearing your browser's cache.
    - Using an incognito window to pay for your order.
    - Switching to a different browser.

    If these steps are unsuccessful, your card may be declined due to requiring prior authorization from your bank or credit card company. If this continues to be a problem, contact your bank to determine if this is the issue or if there is another cause for the payment failure.

    Alternatively, you could consider purchasing your order using cryptocurrency.

  • I paid for the order through PayPal, will I receive my order?

    Orders paid through PayPal automatically go to our system. After successful payment, you should receive a confirmation email. If you've checked your spam folder and haven't found an order confirmation, please contact our Customer Support and provide the following information:
    1. Payment ID;
    2. Proof of payment;
    3. E-mail address used to create the order.

  • How can I pay with crypto?

    When making a crypto payment, please select NowPayments and take the necessary steps to complete the payment.
    After choosing your preferred cryptocurrency, you'll receive the designated address for sending the funds. Please note that due to the volatile nature of cryptocurrency, the price of specific cryptos can change between the time a payment is initiated and the time the payment is received.
    Ensure the payment is completed within 20 minutes. If paying with cryptocurrency, it is not recommended to pay directly from an exchange. Payments can take longer to process from exchanges, as the withdrawal time depends on the exchange. Additionally, it can result in underpayment, causing the order to fail.

  • What should I do if I paid in cryptocurrency, but did not receive order confirmation?

    Contact our Customer Support and provide the following information:
    1. Payment ID;
    2. Proof of payment;
    3. E-mail address used to create the order.

    If your transaction was paid after timeout or was either overpaid or underpaid, it is possible to receive a refund for the transaction, as long as the cost of processing the transaction is not greater than the refunded amount.

    Note that the fee for processing the refund will be deducted from the amount received. Refunds are made in the same token and in the same blockchain as the payment.

  • What happens if I pay with a different currency than the one I select during checkout?

    If you send cryptocurrency to an address associated with another cryptocurrency during checkout (BSV sent to a BCH address, SAI sent to a DAI address, etc.), our system won't detect the payment and won't be able to access those funds.

    Note: Payments made with unsupported ERC-20 assets will be stuck in the forwarding smart contract and cannot be recovered.
